    Deskripsi Pekerjaan
    • Assist in the coordination and execution of brand activation events and on-ground activities.
    • Support communication and coordination with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
    • Help prepare event materials, promotional items, and logistical needs.
    • Conduct event documentation (photos, videos, reports) and assist in post-event evaluation.
    • Contribute creative ideas to improve event experience and engagement.

    • Final semester students or recent graduates from Marketing, Communication, or related majors.

  • Retail Operations Intern

    Tangerang

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan
    • Administrasi & Tracking Pembayaran Sewa Venue :
    • Memastikan semua dokumen perjanjian sewa tersimpan dan terdokumentasi dengan rapi (softcopy dan hardcopy)
    • Membuat dan memperbarui tracker pembayaran sewa secara mingguan/bulanan
    • Follow-up ke tim finance terkait proses pembayaran dan invoice
    • Menyiapkan reminder pembayaran sebelum jatuh tempo
    • Administrasi Stock Product & Pembuatan Purchase Request (PR) :
    • Mencatat dan update data keluar-masuk stok booth secara rutin (melalui sistem atau spreadsheet)
    • Membuat draft PR untuk replenishment produk ke booth atau gudang
    • Memastikan proses PR disetujui dan di-follow up ke purchasing
    • Dokumentasi atas semua PR dan penerimaan produk
    • Assist Project Tampilan Website LTW :
    • Membantu mengumpulkan dan menyiapkan konten (foto, teks, data produk) untuk website
    • Koordinasi dengan tim desain/IT/developer untuk update konten website
    • Review tampilan front-end website dan memberikan umpan balik atau revisi
    • Membuat report berkala terkait progres dan kebutuhan konten
    • Assist Project Affiliate Program:
    • Support administrasi onboarding affiliate (input data, tracking dokumen)
    • Menyusun tracker performa affiliate (link usage, penjualan, komisi)
    • Koordinasi dengan tim marketing terkait campaign affiliate

  • Product Development Intern

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan
    • Assist in the formulation and testing of chemical materials or product components.
    • Support prototyping and evaluation of product concepts involving chemical and/or electrical processes.
    • Conduct research on raw materials, product safety, efficiency, and industry standards.
    • Help monitor and document product development processes, including trials, iterations, and performance testing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality control, and production.

    • Pursuing a degree in chemical engineering or industrial engineering is a plus.

  • Key Account Intern

    • Support the Key Account team in managing key clients.
    • Assist with data entry, report updates, and administrative tasks.
    • Follow up with clients on POs, deliveries, and operational needs.
    • Prepare presentation materials and meeting notes.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
    • Help monitor sales, promotions, and account activities.


    Persyaratan
    • Active student or fresh graduate from a relevant major (Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with data.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

  • Head of Marketing

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan
    • To lead and oversee the overall marketing strategy for Brand, Activation, Creative, E-Commerce and to build strong brand equity and driving commercial growth by ensuring all marketing activities are well planned, data-driven, and fully compliant with regulations governing e-cigarette industry in Indonesia.
    • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and lead the company’s marketing strategy, direction, and priorities aligned with business strategy.
    • Develop annual marketing plans and budget frameworks that drive both brand building and commercial results.
    • Ensure effective alignment across functions, including Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Legal & Corporate Affairs.
    • Brand Management: Manage brand positioning, architecture, and strategy to strengthen its brand awareness and competitiveness.
    • Lead portfolio planning and long-term brand building initiatives that deliver sustainable growth.
    • Monitor brand health performance (awareness, preference, equity) and translate insights into action plans.
    • Ensure all brand messaging reflects company values and complies with regulatory boundaries.
    • Brand Activation: Plan and manage nationwide marketing activation programs in collaboration with Sales
    • Ensure all promotional and below-the-line activities comply any related government regulations.
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through post-activity analysis (volume uplift, consumer engagement, ROI).
    • Creative & Communication Development: Oversee creative communication strategies (visual, digital, and offline) to ensure impactful and compliant messaging is delivered
    • Manage agencies and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing content that enhances brand engagement.
    • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all media platforms, ensuring that all content complies with PP 109/2012, PP 28/2024, and other related regulations.
    • E-Commerce & Digital Marketing: Develop digital and e-commerce marketing roadmaps that integrate brand communication and consumer conversion.
    • Ensure all digital promotions and online campaigns adhere to digital advertising and product distribution regulations (age gating, product display rules, etc.).
    • Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to drive digital visibility and sales growth.
    • Market Insight & Commercial Analysis: Lead continuous market intelligence efforts: competitor tracking, trend analysis, and consumer research.
    • Identify opportunities for brand innovation and market expansion.
    • Translate insights into marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive edge.
    • Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all marketing programs strictly comply with government and internal regulations related to e-cigarette communication, promotion, and distribution.
    • Establish internal pre-screening and approval processes for every marketing campaign or material.
    • Collaborate with Legal and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure regulatory compliance and avoid any issues with authorities.

    Persyaratan
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
    • Minimum 12 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 7 years in managerial/leadership roles in FMCG, tobacco, or e-cigarette industry.
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
